SoHo Dragon represents a large non-profit client that needs to hire a Business Analyst – Transformation-MVP2 for a remote work.


The Ideal Candidate will:


  • IMPORTANT – Be able to support client's NEW Digital Transformation Program, specifically the implementation of Salesforce (CRM) and e-Commerce platform Store. Having experience with CRM and ecommerce systems is a plus but does not have to be an absolute requirement if the candidate is a strong BA.
  • Be user/customer focused and highly proficient in developing and evaluating requirements and technical specifications to ensure quality of project deliverables into production and provide a positive customer experience
  • Translate business needs into detailed software requirements and support tasks utilizing Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies
  • Have the ability to simplify detailed project and process information in order to effectively communicate technical information verbally and in writing
  • Understand Business Analysis and QA processes, best practices and deliverables
  • Have strong facilitation skills to lead discussions across multiple groups and liaison between
  • Foster a team atmosphere and encourage team members to contribute to innovative solutions
  • Have outstanding interpersonal, communication and coordination skills and the ability to take command/charge of requirements sessions if they begin to digressor go off-topic
  • Have a strong drive to complete commitments even when faced with ambiguity
  • Have the ability to work with a fast-paced project with several cross-functional stakeholders
  • Be able to work on multiple tasks/projects at a time and move from one project to the next
  • Be able to work independently with minimal supervision and within tight deadlines
  • Have experience with Jira/Confluence for managing requirements and issue tracking
  • Have experience with CRM and eCommerce systems, requirements, workflows, and deployment processes
  • Have a good understanding of digital ecommerce and order processing systems.


Requirements:


  • Bachelors’ degree in an Information Systems related field or equivalent work experience
  • At least 5 years of IT business analysis experience working with softwareengineering and product

development teams to build dynamic web-based solutions

  • Industry best practice qualifications (ITIL, PMI-ACP, CSM, CSPO) are highly desired
  • Experience working with the systems development lifecycle utilizing Agile, Scrum and Waterfall

methodologies

  • Knowledge of multiple technology platforms and software such as Microsoft Office Applications,

JIRA, Confluence, .NET, HTML, SQL and JavaScript

  • Advanced experience analyzing business requirements, process flows and usecases to identify

opportunities to streamline business processes in accordance with risk management framework and

regulatory requirements.

  • Advanced ability to independently work to gather business requirements, process flows and use cases to

develop and deliver on business capabilities within the approved methodology, writing user stories, and

following the development process through user story acceptance.

  • Experience in analyzing business requirements and ability to identify opportunitiesto drive decisions and

streamline business processes in accordance with risk management framework and regulatory

requirements.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and synthesizing skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
