SoHo Dragon represents an investment bank that needs to hire an IT Project Manager/IPO Manager for a long-term engagement.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years Project Manager experience
- 4+ years experience functioning as a project manager focused on Initial Public Offerings
- Experience working for PMO
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Project and Implementation Specialists in the execution of IPO implementation activities
- Manage workflows and project assignment with internal stakeholders
- Host and facilitate meetings with both internal and external stakeholders
- Serve as an escalation point of contact for the IPO Implementation Team
- Work closely with cross-functional technical and process teams to resolve system and configuration issues
- Analyze existing processes and tools, with the goal of identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement
- Ensure continuous learning with regards to new products and enhancements, and their integration into application and operations
- Build strong relationships with software developers and other technical experts to facilitate requests for advanced configurations, and additional development of platforms when appropriate
