SoHo Dragon is looking to hire a Senior Enterprise Client Executive for a full time opportunity.
The Senior Enterprise Client Executive is the primary point of contact for the client, responsible for both identifying and selling to new clients while continuing to develop and grow business with existing clients. This role requires in depth technology services industry experience, building strong client relationships, a track record of technology sales success, and a solid understanding of IT service delivery and operational processes. The Sr. ECE must be able to establish effective rapport with appropriate client executives to understand their needs and work with SoHo’s leadership team to deliver accurate estimates and proposals.
Responsibilities:
- Cultivate client executive relationships/engagements
- Collaborate with SoHo’s management and delivery teams
- Partner with local Microsoft and Murex vendor teams to create business opportunities
- Proactively identify, locate, and qualify new business leads
- Focused on continuously improving customer satisfaction, expanding our solutions portfolio, and supporting our client's digital transformation strategy
- Leverage company resources to bring innovation supporting the client’s business and processes and future transformation plans
- Seek opportunities with colleagues to penetrate the company’s existing relationships
- Develop a professional network through various avenues such as attending industry events, joining user and social groups, and using advanced internet techniques
Required Skills:
- 7-10 years of sales experience
- Experienced In selling software and professional services solutions
- Ideally experience selling Microsoft or Financial software solutions
- Ideally experience in with Microsoft or other major software vendors
- Deep understanding of Digital Workplace, Cloud, and Big Data
- Strong local market knowledge in NYC Metro geographical area
- Experience selling to C-level executives in Fortune 1000 companies
- Ability to articulate solutions and their value to IT and business executives
- Experience selling/orchestrating services deal sizes from $100K to multi-million
- Ability to quickly establish and maintain key relationships within prospect companies
- Will work collaboratively with SoHo management and delivery teams
- Must have excellent organizational, time management, writing, communication, decision-making, and presentation skills
Additional Skills & Competencies:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, or equivalent work experience
- Knowledge of standard selling disciplines, specifically Solution Selling
- Existing knowledge of region with developed relationships
