SoHo Dragon represents a Fortune 500 Financial Technology firm with offices in Morristown, NJ that needs to hire an Agile Coach/Program Director for a full time opportunity.


Job Specific Responsibilities

·        Scrum of Scrums ownership

·       Coordinating and problem solving across multiple scrum teams

·       Planning for the upcoming scrums with Product owners and scrum teams

·       Creating weekly consolidated execution status across the scrum teams by tracking the JIRA boards of individual scrum teams

·        Stakeholder Partnership – solid stakeholder partnership and influencing skills

·        Team Leadership - Proven ability to quickly earn the trust of sponsors and key stakeholders, mobilize and motivate teams, set direction and approach, resolve conflict,    deliver tough messages with grace, execute with limited information and ambiguity.

·        Accountability & Commitment - Ability to formulate and gain alignment on end state vision and roadmap for program portfolios and to achieve business outcomes and stakeholder satisfaction

·        Business Acumen - Ability to provide a holistic view of a solution by coordinating with and monitoring all impacted business processes from initiation to delivery and to understand and take action when changes in programs impact other business priorities.


Candidate Requirements


·       Knowledge of and demonstrated experience in program or product management processes and methodologies, as well as, project lifecycle

·       Experience driving large scale change efforts in Agile product development environment with ability to collaborate with teams driven by Waterfall methodology

·       Experience with matrix management of cross-functional processes and teams

·       Well versed with Jira, Confluence, Familiarity with Project Management tools like Clarity

·        Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills, demonstrating the ability to communicate program milestones with information technology
deliverables to non-technology personnel 

·        Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills 

·        Hands on experience working with large platforms


Preferred Qualifications

·       10+ years of previous senior program or product management and/or relevant consulting or military experience

·       Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent work experience

·       Any certifications are a plus.
