Objectives of this role

.

  • Working on various key processes such as Talent Management and Employee Relations to support resourcing for US, Europe and UK region.
  • Sourcing profiles using Web Portals like Naukri.com, LinkedIn recruiter, Internal databases, job postings, Referrals, etc.
  • Writing job descriptions and posting to relevant media platforms.
  • Must be having experience in supporting the office administration tasks such as processing/ maintaining invoices, handling assets records, responsible for expenses and petty cash. 
  • Report directly to CEO and act as a point of contact for all the internal as well as the external tasks


Skills and Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of minimum experience
  • Experience in sourcing from multiple channels
  • Clear written and spoken communication.
  • Minimum Bachelor degree
  • Technically Savvy.
  • Work From Office
