SoHo Dragon represents a Technology company devoted to developing products for Financial Services located in New York, NY. Our client needs to hire a FinTech Enterprise Sales Person for a full time role.

Role and Responsibilities

Our client is looking for a highly motivated and entrepreneurial individual to join as a senior level member of the Sales team based in our New York office.  The successful candidate will use existing and new high-level relationships at key buy-side and sell-side firms to help develop and drive our strategy in the US market. 


The successful candidate will also have strong experience in bringing new technology (web app solution is a bonus) to market, show demonstrations to clients, and crafting sales strategies around these.


Responsibilities will include

  • Strong understanding of the sales process within the Financial industry
  • Work closely with internal business units and technology to push product development
  • Proven ability to build customer loyalty
  • Secure contracts with new and existing clients to achieve revenue targets
  • Own overall relationship with assigned clients including increasing adoption, ensuring retention, and satisfaction
  • Support and promote the firms’ strategy and initiatives


Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Enterprise Sales experience with a software product
  • Understanding of technology and the ability to present a product
  • The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in the finance industry, with an understanding of the corporate access environment
  • A proven sales record of signing new clients and closing deals with long sales cycles
  • Self-motivated attitude; must possess the ability to work independently
  • Effective communicator within the management team
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills

Preferred Skills

  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure and can prioritize job requirements
  • Understands the fundamentals of software sales
  • Should be comfortable working in a team environment and able to communicate with several different organizational levels of financial institution representatives
  • Detail-oriented and able to work autonomously in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent follow-up and organizational skills
